Julia is an attorney at Lawhon Goggin, LLP, where she provides comprehensive legal counsel with a focus on litigation, corporate matters, and cybersecurity and data privacy. Julia grew up in the Finger Lakes region of New York. She lived in the Watkins Glen, Ithaca, Albany, and Rochester regions before moving to Florida with her fiancé and their dog. Julia and her fiancé enjoy staying active through golf, tennis, and walking. Julia also enjoys reading and puzzles during her down time.

Julia earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2020, graduating cum laude, and continued her education with an LL.M. in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy from Albany Law in 2021, graduating magna cum laude. She received her undergraduate degree from Ithaca College in 2018, where she graduated cum laude with a double major in Legal Studies and
Philosophy and a minor in Health Policy and Management. Her interdisciplinary academic background informs her holistic approach to client service, particularly in areas where law, ethics, and technology intersect.
Julia is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
